The Great pacific Garbage patch (GPGP)

This term in reading we have been reading about the environment. I have enjoyed The GPGP it means the Great pacific Garbage patch.

For reading this week, my group read this article: save our seas!

The new Ideas I have now since I have read this text are:
  • the GPGP is 3 times the size of France
  • it contains around 1.8 trillion pieces of rubbish
  • it is in the pacific ocean.
  • I have learnt that the GPGP had 1.8 trillion pieces of rubbish.
We have also been reading many articles about saving our planet that relate to our PBL question. Below is a slide summarising the key ideas from the articles that my group read.
