The Museum!

At school on Monday my hub got to go to the museum!, we were gone for the whole school day, from 10:20 To 3:00. What we were doing there was look at some Māori stories and activities, each  home base got to do different thing Like doing the survival thing that Māori people did to survive, got to look at the Māori stuff and finding things that was in the Diorama. After that we got to have some lunch and then we got to look around to museum for One hour.

on Thursday these people came over to our school and did some sport with us, year 5 went first to do the sport and year 6 after. when we went to go and do the sport I thought It would be out side in the rain but it was inside. the first Sport that we did was multi sport, it is'int really a sport I is a game that has sport in it. how you play the game was. so there are to teams and one person says 5 soccer and then 5 people  from each team comes and play a 1 minute soccer game and if they get a  or a try There team gets a Point. when I went on I played soccer and I did a header. the second thing that we did was, the boy got to do some tangling and the girls got to do a obstacle course. when we swooped around the girls got to do soccer and the boys had to do what the girls did. at the end we got to do a Tortuga war and how won 2 Tortuga war was going to vs the year 6. now that is the end of my blog so bye.

PBL Innovation 2019 Part 2

if you read about my last PBL Innovation challenge blog, we did 3 challenge one, to make a car go from one side of the table, seeing how many mallards you got in a boat that you made and making a paper plane. well we did that again but different challenge, we did 3 challenge like we did last time. this time we only got to use in the challenge was news paper. my favorite challenge was moving a mallard down a chub to hit a Coca-Cola can, when we went off to go to make our chubs I had a idea to, have a chub a little chub. With the little chub I stood it up and Sellotape the big on the little on a angle. my group had the same idea so we did it. we did get to be in the challenge because our thing got destroyed. now that is the end of my Blog so bye!

Winter Sport

Winter Sport

This winter our school from year 5 to 8 have been doing winter sport. there was 4 sports to chews from, there were soccer ruby hockey and netball. I choose soccer, soccer is my Favorite sport in the hole world. I play soccer on Saturday and I'm tenth grad, and level c. When we did trials I was hoping that I was going to been in the A team but I got in the B team.

When I did my first game for winter sport it was so windy so meany big leaves smack me in the face. The leaves down there were so big they were as big as my face, The Team that we vs  were really good. did I tell you my coach name, my coach name is Miss Dungey. My team name was The Crows dun dun dunnn, we have won one game but we last 9 games.

I now feel like I am better at dribbling the ball and passing to my teammates.

LEGO Activities

Today at school we got to do lego activities. The activities that we got to do were, making a bridge,a Tower and race cars. the first activities that I did was the bridge, we had groups of 3. I got six piece of long lego and put them together and put it across the table to see if it fit's. Then we put black piece  across the six long lego, when we finish our bridge it could hold seven books.



The second activity that we did was the Tower. our Tower had a kid on the top of the Tower and his Parents were on the bottom. On the bottom of the Tower there was a one story building and on top of the one story building a massive tower. There was even a boat and security tower! we had groups, in my group I had William,cory and me.


The third activity was my favorite. we got to make cars and then race them, we got to make two cars. one made out of lego technique and lego block, we had groups of 2 and in my group was cory. our car lego technique had six wheels and came forth and our lego block car came like last.

This term we have been doing spelling journal and I have only don 4. we had to put words that have,ar,er,or and ow. the first one we did was ar, I had to do 8 words that had ar and then make a Sentence with the ar sound. the 8 words that I tort are, are,start,car,bar,fart,jar,dark an mark. my sentence was The car went to the bar in the Dark and did a big fart.
